As Alan said two weeks in and walking or cycling 5 miles a night is doing me the world of good along with longer trips at the weekend other exercises. i have lost 4.5 pounds and already feel the benefits.
We are walking the 84 miles of Hadrian's Wall in March/April2010. We will be wild camping en route and carrying our food and beds with us all the way. We are hoping to complete the challenge in 4 days for the Help for Heroes charity. www.justgiving.com/hadrianshaul/
