Training

As Alan said two weeks in and walking or cycling 5 miles a night is doing me the world of good along with longer trips at the weekend other exercises. i have lost 4.5 pounds and already feel the benefits.

Training

Well we have our first 2 weeks of getting fit over. Just keeping it simple with between 3 and 5 miles a night with the first few weeks building up to 6 miles a night for the next 3-4 weeks and so on.
We will also be reviewing some of the light weight kit we hope to be using.
